A:Usually, there are two ways to monitor reliability during the manufacturing process.
* Early Life Test This is used as a mean of process control aimed at identifying any latent manufacturing problems and determining
the effectiveness of burn-in. Every day, 5 samples will be picked up randomly from one of the production lines for burn in at
50C+/-5C for 24 hours.
*On-going Reliability Demonstration This is a longer-term program aimed at providing data on continuous basis to demonstrate the
reliability of product. 10 units per month are randomly collected from one of the production lines for burn-in for 168 hours at
50C+/-5C. Units are monitored and tested on daily basis. Failed units will be analyzed and corrective actions taken where
necessary.
6. Q: What's your MOQ and delivery date ?
A:MOQ 200PCS, Sample lead time:3-5 working days
Mass production:10-20 working days for off peak season, 1 month for peak season
Waterproof fans need 1 more week
7. Q: How to ship my order? Is it safe?
A: For small package, we will send it by Express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS,
TNT, EMS.For big packages, we will send them By AIlR or By SEA. We will use
good packing and ensure the safety. We will be responsible to any product
damage caused on delivery
